("Taskmole", "we", or "us"), a company registered in the Czech Republic (Company ID: CZ21949239) with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, 110 00, Prague, Czech Republic, governing your access to and use of our platform and services.

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

These Terms include a binding arbitration provision that limits your ability to bring claims in court or as part of a class action.

• Services: All software, features, and functionality provided through the Platform.
• Subscription: The service plan you purchase that determines your level of access.
• Subscription Fees: The fees you pay for your Subscription.

3. SERVICES

Taskmole provides Services according to your Subscription plan. We may update the Services periodically, and these Terms apply to all updates. Detailed service descriptions are available on our website or in your Subscription documentation.
